The Club aims to promote and develop youth sailing in Phuket. Teaching children dinghy sailing and training them to compete in national regattas not only results in spotting future talent for Thailand, it also brings skills, values and fun that the children can transfer to their daily lives.

Phuket Youth Sailing Club is open to all youth on Phuket form the age of seven. We specifically facilitate local and underprivileged children to participate in the club’s activities. Over 20 juniors sailing have already joined the club, 17 of these children live at the Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation (www.phuketsunshinevillage.org)

The Club is open most weekends, Saturday & Sunday offering club training and racing. The facilities include various sailing dinghies available for rent, free use of kayaks, hot and cold showers, changing room, seating area with shade.  Ice cod refreshments (water, soft drinks, juice & beer) hot coffee & tea always available.

Once you have mastered the basic skills come and join our race training sessions.

Recreational Sailing
If you already know how to sail come and join us on the weekend,
if you don’t have your own boat we have many boats available for charter.
